John-Paul Habermann, Managing Director, founded The Franconian Sausage Company in 1999. A trained chef, John-Paul had a dream to create exceptional sausages for the restaurant trade. The challenge was to do this on a large scale without compromising his standards for excellence.
Using the best quality ingredients Franconian produce sausages with meat content between 90% and 98%. All our recipes are authentic and carefully created by John-Paul and his team. We work on each recipe until we have the perfect taste.
All our products are freshly made to order each day and delivered the next day.
We do not use additives, fillers, artificial colours or artificial flavorings. We have our own smoking and curing facilities on site and are able to pre-poach sausages on request.
Over the years Franconian’s reputation has continued to grow by word-of-mouth and customer satisfaction – we supply London’s finest restaurants and the catering industry.
