Hot Smoked Londoner

The Londoner was first developed by Franconian, especially for the British palate, 17 years ago.
Pork, herbs and spices combine to create our signature sausage which we then elevate even further by Hot Smoking it in our specialised onsite facilities.

Available in pack of 5 or 10.
Made and then smoked on-site. Pre-cooking them this way gives a longer shelf life and makes them easy to cook. Simply bake, fry or grill until the core temperature reaches 75°C.
