Semi-Cured Chorizo


Our version of the classic Spanish Chorizo recipe.
It has been further improved for the British palate by adding our secret spice blend into the recipe, creating a smoky and spicy flavour.

Small- 15g per sausage. Available in Packs 250 grams.

Standard- 120g per sausage. Available in packs of 5 or 10.
Made and then smoked on-site. Pre-cooking them this way gives a longer shelf life and makes them easy to cook. Simply bake, fry or grill until the core temperature reaches 75°C.
