Our pork is sourced from carefully selected UK supply partners who place strong emphasis on animal welfare and sustainable farming practices. Working closely with farmers, they continuously invest in improving welfare standards, monitoring and production methods. This ensures a consistent supply of high-quality pork that is fully traceable and responsibly produced.
Beef – Premium Scotch Provenance
Our beef is sourced from Scotch Beef, widely recognised for its superior quality, taste and texture. Produced under strict, independently audited welfare standards and predominantly grass-fed systems, it delivers exceptional consistency and depth of flavour. With Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) status, Scotch Beef must be born, reared and processed in Scotland, ensuring complete traceability and a product of genuine provenance.
